BIO: Tonja currently oversees the daily operations of our Rogers Center. Her credentials include over 15 years in the field of childcare, and she has also accrued close to 100 hours of additional training in early childhood education. Her expertise and experience lies within the classroom setting, and her continual effort to elevate the quality of our childcare services is remarkable. Structure, consistency, and her keen sense of follow-up (to her parents, colleagues, and staff) are the key qualities that sets her apart as a leader.
