Sue's academic background includes an Associates in Child Development and a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education. Her certifications also encompass the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs (NAEYC). Her extensive professional work experience comprises both teaching and supervising, and she is currently our Project Specialist. Implementing new and innovative programs to help enhance the level of quality that we provide is very important to us at ABC Happy Kids.

Ana oversees our Therapy Clinic and closely monitors the progress of all our children receiving therapy. She also acts as a liaison between our therapists and our parents to ensure the highest standards of quality are always met. In addition, Ana works closely alongside our Learning Center staff to assist with day to day operations. As ABC Happy Kids continues to grow, her role in the company is both versatile and pivotal. Ana’s professional work experience includes a myriad of office experience and medical coding.

Tonja oversees the daily operations of our Rogers Center. Her credentials include over 15 years in the field of childcare, and she has also accrued close to 100 hours of additional training in early childhood education. Her expertise and experience lies within the classroom setting, and her continual effort to elevate the quality of our childcare services is remarkable. Structure, consistency, and her keen sense of follow-up (to her parents, colleagues, and staff) are the key qualities that sets her apart as a leader.

Katie is the Director of the Bentonville Learning Center, and she exemplifies all the key attributes that embody a great servant leader. Through hard work and dedication, Katie has worked her way from being an early childhood educator to a valued member of the ABC Happy Kids management team. Her credentials include over 160+ hours of additional training in early childhood, with an emphasis in training to better support the Arkansas Better Beginnings initiative.

Sherry, our company's CFO, graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor in Business Administration. Her previous work experience includes customer service, sales, retail management, and insurance claims. Her experience and knowledge regarding medical billing and coding plays a critical piece in the overall growth and direction of our therapy clinic. Sherry has been a part of the ABC Happy Kids management team since the company's inception and continues to play a vital role in day to day operations.

Dr. Nguyen obtained his medical doctorate at St. Matthews University: School of Medicine. He then actively pursued a career path that's both strategic and unique from his fellow colleagues. Choosing to take advantage of his extensive medical background, he successfully asserted  and advanced himself in the business arena. His relentless entrepreneurial spirit opened many doors of interest. His current joint venture brings him to Northwest Arkansas where Dr. Nguyen oversees all operations for ABC Happy Kids, with an emphasis in the growth and expansion of our pediatric therapy clinics.
