Dr. Ryan DeClerk is a board certified Family Medicine physician and has been in practice at Northwest Family Medicine - Tuscany Square since October 2009. Dr. DeClerk earned an undergraduate and masters degree in Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He then received his medical education from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, AR. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the UAMS Area Health Education Center (AHEC) in Fayetteville, AR. Dr. DeClerk is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Arkansas Medical Society.

Dr. Pamela McMichael, with The Children's Clinic at Bentonville. specializes in pediatrics medicine. Dr. McMichael has been practicing since 1997. She graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, MA in 1993. Dr. McMichael followed that with her Internship and Pediatric Residency in Boston, MA at Boston Floating Hospital for Children / New England Medical Center, which she completed in 1996.

Dr. McMichael has practiced in Boston, MA; Fayetteville, AR; and Joplin, MO. She has returned to the Northwest Health Systems in late 2008. Dr. McMichael is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics, and the National Board of Medical Examiners.
