Our  teachers  are  experienced  professionals, trained to guide your child's

development and education every step of the way. To maintain a high level

of professionalism,  ABC Happy Kids provides regular,  ongoing training for

all our teachers.  In addition to our teachers,  our Directors play an integral

role  in  day  to  day  operations  to  keep  our  Learning Center running as 

smooth as possible.

 

 

Two points of interest we would like all parents to know about our staff:

  • Year round, at least 80% of all our teachers are certified in CPR and trained in First Aid.                                               
  • Within 10 days of hiring a new employee,  ABC Happy Kids conducts a (1) Child  Maltreatment  Central  Registry  Check and  a  (2) State Criminal Background Check.  In  addition,  an  (3)  FBI  Background Check will also be performed on any new employee that has resided in Arkansas for less than 6 years.
